Presbyterian Senior Living (formerly Presbyterian Homes, PHI) followed a two year journey that started with an extensive research period to understand the needs and behaviors of seniors and adult children looking to find the optimal retirement community. 4thought thoroughly investigated the needs and desires of a diverse and demanding set of online users and architected, designed and supervised the building of a state of the art web environment that made the decision-making process informative and entertaining in the process. Along this path, 4thought also directed the organizational name change, new brand identity and implementation of a set of online assets to support and market the corporate entity and 24 individual communities.
